  • Learn why the Western diet is linked to cancer, how plants heal, and how the food industry plays a role in our health crisis.

  • Learn about addictive eating behaviors and the strategies to break free from the pleasure trap that is harming our health.

  • Learn why starchy foods such as potatoes, rice, and legumes are the key to achieving optimal health and weight.

I read an extensive selection of books about nutrition and health. All of them gave me perspective that helped me to arrive at my current health plan. Above are the basic books that I would recommend reading first.
